What to eat
Seafood takes centre stage in Santorini, as you might expect. However, our team recommend you taste the wild capers – try them and you’ll see what we mean!

As mature and seasoned as its 200-year-old premises, this restaurant has definitely stood the test of time.
This is fine dining on Santorini done to the highest standard. If you’re looking for classic dishes like cod in a caper batter with sea-green salad, or calamari with kinoa salad or a traditional souvlaki, you will find them all present at Ni Chteri, all elevated to a premium standard.
What to drink
There are plenty of opportunities for sundowners as the whitewashed houses are tinged orange, rose and red but, arguably, the best spot for drinks is on the deck of a yacht cruising the deep blue waters of the coast
