Yes. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. We are always here for our clients, no matter where they are in the world. What’s more, unlike many other travel management companies, we do NOT charge you more to speak to us outside normal office hours. We can also offer you real-time traveller tracking and alert tools, so if an unexpected event such as severe weather, natural disaster or even a flight cancellation does happen, you will be immediately contacted and assisted. We do however suggest that unless your travel is urgent and taking place within the next 72 hours, you email us your request allowing us as much time as possible to formulate an alternative plan for you.
Yes, in fact this is our preferred method of operation. At the beginning of any relationship, we identify those who have permission to book travel. We then rely on these individuals for instructions on searches and bookings. We can book travel via phone, email or even text.
Yes. 99% of our clients have an account with us. This means we can book travel immediately and therefore reduce exposure to price fluctuations. Invoicing is usually done monthly unless requested otherwise.
Travel thrives on simplifying complex arrangements. In fact it is one of our specialities. You need us to organise five meetings in four days in three cities? Not a problem. Just leave all the logistics – from transport and accommodation to venues and equipment – to us.
We are IATA accredited, an ABTA travel associate and all our packages are ATOL protected as standard.

Yes. We create a profile for our clients which includes all passport information along with air miles and any other relevant information. This profile is used so we can hold flights in your name whilst you make a final decision. It also means that air miles are automatically updated.
Yes. From the time of enquiry right through to when a client returns from travel, we understand the importance of confidentiality, as do our partners.
No, we don’t charge an annual fee for our services. So, why not give us the opportunity to manage your travel requirements? If you are not satisfied, you can go elsewhere. But we can guarantee you won’t want to!
