Amangani have a new head chef

Luxury resort, Amangani, has recently announced the appointment of Evan Parker as its new head Chef. The new chef will oversee all culinary operations in the five star resort.

The resort’s culinary offerings currently feature local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce. Chef Parker and his team will create a range of delicious dishes that can be enjoyed in the resort’s luxurious restaurant.

Chef Parker has previously severed as Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Little Washington. Before that, Parker held cook positions at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.
