Peter Gilham26 June 2023 My wife and I plus two friends have just returned from a wonderful three week stay at The Ixian Grand All Suites Hotel on the island of Rhodes. We stayed in adjoining Beachfront Grand Suites which boasted an infinity sharing pool with its own private area and sun decks. For peace and quiet you could not ask for more as they are away from the popular swimming pool and laid back from the beachfront. The perfect ‘adults only’ resort. Staying in the Grand Suites we were able to utilise for both breakfast and evening dinner, the excellent Alazonia restaurant. Needless to say the food was amazing whilst the staff, each and every one of them, deserve 11 out of 10 for their attention to detail and the friendly manner they went about their duties. It was tough saying our farewells to them as indeed it was leaving this wonderful Resort. (Photo of the staff attached) We also enjoyed two excellent evening dinners at the Milonges restaurant which specialises in Greek food. Again the food and staff were excellent with a special mention to Michael who was absolutely charming both in the restaurant and whenever we came across him elsewhere in the Hotel. Talking of special mentions, the main bar area would not be the same without the hardworking and seemingly ever present Manolis. During our stay we took time out to visit Lindos one evening which is a must for anyone visiting Rhodes, and also of course a couple of visits to Rhodes Old Town. Here we would strongly recommend a restaurant called Romeo. As you may imagine there is nothing that we could fault nor would we have wanted to. The whole three weeks proved to be excellent value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Ixian (and indeed Simplexity themselves) to those who are contemplating visiting Rhodes. We ourselves look forward to returning to this jewel midst the Aegean Sea.

Yes. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. We are always here for our clients, no matter where they are in the world. What’s more, unlike many other travel management companies, we do NOT charge you more to speak to us outside normal office hours. We can also offer you real-time traveller tracking and alert tools, so if an unexpected event such as severe weather, natural disaster or even a flight cancellation does happen, you will be immediately contacted and assisted. We do however suggest that unless your travel is urgent and taking place within the next 72 hours, you email us your request allowing us as much time as possible to formulate an alternative plan for you.
Yes, in fact this is our preferred method of operation. At the beginning of any relationship, we identify those who have permission to book travel. We then rely on these individuals for instructions on searches and bookings. We can book travel via phone, email or even text.
Yes. 99% of our clients have an account with us. This means we can book travel immediately and therefore reduce exposure to price fluctuations. Invoicing is usually done monthly unless requested otherwise.
Travel thrives on simplifying complex arrangements. In fact it is one of our specialities. You need us to organise five meetings in four days in three cities? Not a problem. Just leave all the logistics – from transport and accommodation to venues and equipment – to us.
We are IATA accredited, an ABTA travel associate and all our packages are ATOL protected as standard.
We have modest booking and management fees which will be explained to you in full. By using our services, we can offer tailor-made packages you will not find anywhere else along with unique benefits with our preferred partners such as room upgrades and early check in, that are not available to the general public. And since we do not work for any one agency or airline, we can shop around for the best deals amongst all suppliers. All this plus our guaranteed 24‐hour contact with one of our Travel Managers at no extra charge to you.
Yes. We create a profile for our clients which includes all passport information along with air miles and any other relevant information. This profile is used so we can hold flights in your name whilst you make a final decision. It also means that air miles are automatically updated.
Yes. From the time of enquiry right through to when a client returns from travel, we understand the importance of confidentiality, as do our partners.
No, we don’t charge an annual fee for our services. So, why not give us the opportunity to manage your travel requirements? If you are not satisfied, you can go elsewhere. But we can guarantee you won’t want to!
