Disneyland Paris is now open with a number of “reinforced” health and safety measures in place to protect visitors, cast members and staff.
As part of a phased return, Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney’s Newport Bay Club, Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe and Disney Village are all welcoming guests but with limited capacity.
Disneyland Hotel will reopen on 7th September; Disney’s Sequoia Lodge Hotel and Disney’s Davy Crocket Ranch will remain closed during the summer with reopening dates announced at a later date.
In order to allow attendance within the parks to be regulated, a new reservation system is now in force.
Those with an Annual Pass or an undated ticket (Mini, Magic, Super Magic Tickets) can register using the system to guarantee entry to the parks for the date of their choice.
This registration is compulsory for any newly purchased Annual Pass or undated ticket.
Those who visit the parks with a dated ticket or as part of a stay in a Disney Hotel, a Disney Nature Resort or via a Partner Hotels package purchased from Disneyland Paris, will have their entry automatically guaranteed and will not be required to register.
Face masks are mandatory for all visitors aged 11 and over. Meet and greets with Disney characters are temporarily unavailable.
In the attractions, the configuration of each vehicle and boarding processes has been adapted to meet social distancing rules between groups or families.
Single Rider queues and FastPass services are not available.
Additionally, Eurostar has restarted its direct service from London to Marne-la-Vallee, connecting travellers to Disneyland Paris in two and a half hours.
To safeguard passengers and crew alike, Eurostar has introduced new hygiene measures onboard and in stations. A new seat map ensures travellers are seated in compliance with official distancing guidelines; trains are deep cleaned before every journey; cleaning teams are onboard to regularly disinfect high contact areas and all travellers must wear a mask onboard and in stations.
