This autumn saw the arrival of The BoTree, a vibrant new London hotel that captures the spirit of Marylebone’s ‘village life’.
The first property from Place III Hotels, whose ethos is built on the concept of Conscious Luxury, this exceptional property comprises 199 rooms. All are adorned with colourful natural fabrics and eclectic textures created exclusively for the hotel, while the Jo Loves toiletries (from designer Jo Malone), Jasper Conran Wedgewood tea sets, vegan “leather” headboards and eucalyptus Tencel bedding have also been chosen for their eco-friendly credentials.
The accommodation addtionally comprises 30 contemporary suites, each providing the perfect entertaining space with a lounge, balcony, personal bar and integrated cocktail station. The pièce de résistance is the BoTree Suite, with its private elevator lobby, guest entrance and outdoor terrace with sweeping vistas over central London.
The hotel’s intuitive personalised service is the cornerstone of its character; welcoming floor hosts are on hand to provide a 24-7 service for all rooms.
LAVO, The BoTree’s signature restaurant, also makes its UK debut having earned a loyal following in both the US and Far East. Here guests can indulge in sophisticated Italian cuisine with standout dishes that include homemade tagliatelle al limone infused with marjoram, sweet butter and Kaluga caviar; whole grain, single-source flour pizzas and a showstopping Wagyu meatball topped with whipped ricotta.
The next stage of The BoTree’s opening will see additional developments including a unique event space, a wellness area and a rooftop boasting panoramic views across London.
