Accorhotels to Open Five Asia Properties in next two months
From this month Accorhotels will be opening five new properties across Asia-Pacific under its Sofitel and Pullman brands over the next two months.
From September, Accorhotels will be opening its latest Singapore property, the Sofitel Singapore City Centre, just off Peck Seah Street. The 223-room hotel will feature a coffee takeaway counter with Nespresso coffee and a lounge bar named 1861, with a wealth of barrel-aged cocktails. The hotel also includes an outdoor pool and a lawn for guests to take part in yoga classes.
The other properties are all scheduled to open in October, starting off with the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Located next to the new International Convention Centre in the city’s central business district, the hotel has a total of 590 rooms complete with an infinity pool, champagne bar and an executive lounge.
Next to open will be the Pullman Brisbane Airport, with 132 rooms and suites, a 24-hour reception and room service along with a restaurant, bar, gym and massage service. The Brisbane Hotel will then be followed by the re-launch of the 129-room Sofitel Wellington in New Zealand. More boutique style, the Sofitel Wellington features views over the city’s Botanical Gardens.
