Artificial Intelligence Takes Over at ITB Asia
Following the conference, theme of “The Future of Travel”, ITB Asia, Messe Berlin (Singapore) organisers have announced that this year’s keynote speeches will be given by industry leaders from technology behemoths IBM and Google.
The speeches will cover the latest trends and developments in artificial intelligence, including the impact, use and benefits of the travel industry as a whole.
Beginning at 9am 25th October, the keynote addresses will be given by Tony Menezes, vice president of industrial and distribution sector at IBM Asia Pacific, and Rob Torres, managing director of advertising and marketing at Google.
BBC News presenter and producer Sharanjit Leyl, will act as moderator for the keynote session.
Menezes shall speak about the opportunities to fundamentally change the travel industry through cognitive technology, along with how IBM Watson is transforming travel experiences more personal, relevant and convenient.
