Cathay Pacific Introduces Self-Check in at London Gatwick
Cathay Pacific has rolled out 10 self-check in and bag drop kiosks at London Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal.
The move comes as part of the airline’s Future Airport Experience project, which aims to improve the quality of time customers spend before boarding their plane.
“The latest facilities not only meet our customers’ growing demand for faster, smoother journeys, they also enable our Cathay Pacific staff to interact more proactively with our customers and deliver better on our brand promise of a Life Well Travelled.” Said James Ginns, Cathay Pacific’s regional general manager Europe.
“The ten easy-to-use service kiosks go a long way to make a positive effect on our customers’ journeys. More specifically, in shortening the wait and enabling our passengers to make better use of their time.”
London Gatwick marks the airline’s third destination to introduce the service, following in the footsteps of Amsterdam and Paris.
