The Connaught Grill, once one of London’s most celebrated restaurants, has returned to The Connaught – a modern interpretation of a true classic.

Guests enter through a discreet rosewood clad corridor, lined with artwork by Louise Bourgeois and Le Corbusier and vintage wines from The Connaught cellar.

This leads to John Heah’s beautifully designed 46-seat dining room, with its extraordinary signature wall panels and bespoke black walnut booths by globally renowned George Nakashima Woodworkers.

This is a space that celebrates contemporary craftsmanship in all its forms, right through to the grill itself from where internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten introduces the best of British cuisine to a new generation.
