Regent Seven Seas Cruises® and the iconic Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team will collaborate on a new Spotlight Voyage sailing the Mediterranean in summer 2025.
The event will be hosted by former Formula 1® driver Pedro de la Rosa and members of Aston Martin Aramco, who will be on board Seven Seas Splendor’s® 22 July 2025, 10-night sailing. Team representatives will also participate in the exclusive voyage through a series of masterclasses and workshops around innovation and design.
During the voyage guests will enjoy meet and greets and Q&A sessions with Pedro de la Rosa, veteran of over 100 Grands Prix.
In addition, they will be able to get up close and personal with a full-size replica of one of the team’s race cars, and the ship will host an Aston Martin simulator so participants can test their skills on a virtual circuit.
The cruise will also visit destinations steeped in the rich history and tradition of motor racing such as Barcelona and Monte Carlo.
The latter will be a particular highlight with a chance for guests to immerse themselves in the glamour of Monaco through a bespoke tour. Beginning with a visit to the Classic Car Collection, travellers can then experience the thrill of the iconic Monaco Circuit. After a lavish lunch there will be the chance to delve into Prince Rainer’s own personal car collection. Guests will then savour an aperitivo with F1 memorabilia overlooking Port Hercule before capping off the day with a panoramic helicopter flight.
The experience will also comprise “Race Day” themed dishes, cocktails, deck parties, documentary screenings, gifts and co-branded merchandise.
