Do you have ATOL protection for your holiday?

With the recent events of Hurricane Irma, Ryanair and Monarch airlines it is even more important to book through a trusted and valued agent. When booking a package holiday with Simplexity travel, you receive our ATOL protection which is designed to reassure consumers that their money is safe, and will provide assistance in the event of a travel company failure. Simplexity Travel also puts in place a standard duty of care to look after you before during and after your holiday to ensure you are relocated in the event of an emergency or booked onto another flight that may be cancelled and offers a free 24-hour support line. A package holiday includes flights and a hotel stay or another ground component. For more details please see ATOL Protection.

Booking a holiday without financial protection or with limited financial protection puts your holiday and more importantly your money at risk too.

You could be left out of pocket with no holiday or even stranded abroad if your travel firm collapses while you are abroad. The standard of financial protection offered by European countries other than the UK is variable and although some provide protection that is comparable to the UK, others do not.

Please note that ATOL protection is separate to Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Section 75 is an additional level of protection, along with travel insurance which is bookable through Simplexity Travel.
