A recent survey by business travel technology provider Traveldoo revealed 73% of travel managers believe duty of care will be the most important challenge facing their organisation in 2019.

Factors like terrorism, natural disasters and geopolitical uncertainty mean there is now an increasing need for effective tracking and communication tools. In fact a comprehensive travel risk management programme that covers more than just flight and accommodation is now no longer a bonus but a necessity.

This key topic is on the agenda at ABTA’s second annual Business Travel Law Seminar later this month when a panel of industry experts, including our own Head of Business Development, Mark Smith, will be tackling such thorny issues as creating and communicating a travel programme with a focus on safety and security; legal clarity surrounding bleisure; supporting clients and staff in times of crisis and traveller physical and mental health.

This vitally important seminar will take place at 3.15pm on Wednesday 27th March 2019 at ABTA’s headquarters, 30 Park Street, London, SE1 9EQ. Tickets can be booked here
