A recent survey by business travel technology provider Traveldoo revealed 73% of travel managers believe duty of care will be the most important challenge facing their organisation in 2019.
Factors like terrorism, natural disasters and geopolitical uncertainty mean there is now an increasing need for effective tracking and communication tools. In fact a comprehensive travel risk management programme that covers more than just flight and accommodation is now no longer a bonus but a necessity.
